3 boiled eggs (diced)
1 avocado (diced)
1 tsp of mayo
basil (to taste)
Orton’s House Seasonings (to taste)
4 pieces of cooked bacon
3 pieces of flatbread (minis)
Mix first 5 ingredients
Toast the mini flatbread on hot pan or skillet (spray the pan)
Put pieces of bacon on the flatbread, spread the avocado and egg salad over the bacon…the rest is history
